FAQ

Are your employees bonded & insured?
YES. All employees are bonded, insured and covered by WSIB. Please contact us for certificates of insurance as we are happy to provide them.

What happens if an item is damaged?
If an item is damaged during a clean, our cleaners will notify you. For smaller value items we will cover the replacement or repair costs. Large value items will need to go through our insurance. In either case, you are covered. However we do require clients to notify us within 48 hours if they notice any damages.

What happens if I take a vacation or cancel a clean?
We simply ask that you give us 48 hours before cancelling an appointment.

What happens if my scheduled clean falls on a holiday?
Our staff will contact you to reschedule your clean.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don’t require you to sign up for a long term contract. We do make an agreement with you though so that both parties have clear expectations.

What happens if you lose a key I’ve given you?
All keys that we use are only identified with your unique client number, so no one finding a key will be able to access your house. However, if we do lose a key to your house we will cover the cost of replacing your locks.

What if I have extra work that I want done on a regular clean?
We simply ask that you call 48 hours in advance so that we can schedule an appropriate amount of time to handle your extra needs.

Will I get the same staff at my home/business every time?
We generally send the same 2 cleaners to your home or business for consistency. However since our employee schedules may change from time to time we try to always have 4 staff trained on your particular cleaning needs.

What are your normal hours?
Are normal residential hours are from 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. For commercial cleans we can accommodate you during business hours or when you’re closed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: cash, cheque, or PayPal

Do you bring your own cleaning chemicals and vacuums?
We do bring all own supplies. If you’d like us to use your products, we’re happy to accommodate you.

Does someone need to be at home?
We do not require you to be at home while we clean, it’s your choice. If you chose not to be at home, we will require a key and alarm code so we can access your home for your clean.

Do I need to do anything before you come for a cleaning?
You don’t need to do anything before we come for our regularly scheduled clean. However, we do ask that you have your house neat and tidy before we arrive as time spent tidying up your house will detract from your cleaning hours.
